  great place on a rainy day to hang out with friends they no longer use coins.if you still have them at home it can be added to the card that activates the machines. have gone to several birthday parties here.make sure you go online and get your coupons.....the prices have gone up

  Good location, pretty clean, the show is in good condition (Helens mask needs cleaning tho) and no games were broken, but Chuck e never came out? It was a huge disappointment, as my favorite part of going to Chuck E. Cheese is meeting Chuck e and taking a photo. When asked about if Chuck was coming out, the staff gave a kinda short and somewhat rude answer.

  HORRIBLE. So disappointing. Are they remaking all the chuck e cheeses now to have NO ball pits/climbing structures or play, and just broken and overpriced games?!
  
  The second I walked in, I couldn't wait to leave. It felt like they were sucking every penny they could. Now you get a whopping 3 tokens per $1 you spend, and a lot of games cost more than 1 token!!!!
  
  I'd say 90% of the things we tried to do, ate our tokens and did not work. Then I had to wait in long lines to inform an employee, even though LOTS of employees were hanging around goofing off.
  
  I don't even have one good thing to say. Save your time and money!!!
